Dr. Cilbrith (Dr. C.) is proud to be a WIN Academy Cougar. I have taught 9th-12th grade Literature for 23 years and hold a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Economics and Finance from Mercer University, a Master of Education from Georgia College & State University, a Specialist degree in Educational Leadership from Columbus State University, and a Doctorate degree in Educational Leadership and Supervision from Nova Southeastern University. I believe in the power of education and its ability to shape and change lives as it profoundly affected and changed mine.
